Before you start the paperwork, we will search local records to make sure no one else has the same name. Also, be aware of the state's naming guidelines.

Your California business name should NOT have:

Any extra words like LLC, Incorporated, Corp, etc., unless your business is really set up that way. Certain words like Bank, Attorney, University may need more paperwork and might require a licensed professional, like a doctor or lawyer, to be part of your business.
